If you start a job and are on SSI, we need your check stubs at the end of each month to determine if the earnings affect your benefit, as well as the following information:
- Place of employment
- Date Started
- Hours per week
- Date of first pay check
- Wages per hour
- Job Title
- Supervisor's name
Whether on SSI or SSDI, keep all your check stubs as they will be required at some point for reporting purposes
