 CHANGES YOU MUST REPORT

• Change in income or resource
• Someone moves in or out of your household
• Get a job or stop working
• Move; new address
  
• Marriage, Separation or Divorce
• Name changes
  
• Get money from another source
• Go to jail or prison or have unsatisfied warrant
• Giving birth to a child
  
• Take a trip outside the United States
• Are admitted to a hospital
• If you get a bank acct or save any money
• Apply for help from a welfare department or other governmental agency
• Are no longer disabled, if your benefits are based on a disability (improved health)
  
• If you start or end school (higher education)
• Student Financial Aid information
• If you acquire assets such as vehicle or burial fund
