Capital Connections, Inc. has been in operation since June, 2015 and approved as a Non-Profit Public Charity by the IRS on November 30, 2015.

The monthly fee for service is established by Social Security. The fee for 2019 is no more than $43 per month unless SSA has found the beneficiary has a substance use disorder, in which the fee can be $82 per month.
